Research

 

To be successful a product must meet the needs of its users. To achieve this we use a variety of tools and methods to identify the needs of the consumer and other stakeholders in the marketing, development and manufacturing chain.

 

Options include:

- research with end users to identify unmet needs, through observation, interviews or group sessions

- benchmarking of competitor products for price and specification

- feasibility analysis from a technical and commercial perspective

- building proof of principle rigs for concept evaluation

- evaluation of prototypes to refine selected product solutions 

- research to find suitable components and suppliers, particularly for new and innovative applications
