Touch-in
The Apartment Station is the latest addition to the Pearl Lion range of access control products. This video monitor is part of a multiple terminal system which links weatherproof door entry panels with internal monitors.
The challenge
The brief was to design a monitor with a 7" colour touch panel to harmonise with existing products in the range. The monitor needed to be as slim as possible for wall mounting. It is connected via Pearl Lion's single cable combined signal and power network.
The design
The panel is a 24 mm thick unit suitable for surface mounting requiring only a single hole in the wall for the cable. The mounting bracket is integrated into the back surface of the panel to minimise its profile.
